In particular, we work side by side with our Regulatory Investigations Group and our M&A Group, who are the market leaders on both domestic and international transactions.
We provide market-leading, client-centred and commercially driven advice on all aspects of Irish and EU financial services regulation.
Our clients include leading Irish and international banks, investment firms and intermediaries, non-bank lenders, e-money and payment institutions, FinTechs, asset managers, depositaries and fund administrators.
