Engineering Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead our engineering projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical and technical abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of engineering;
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD software;
* Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Leading engineering projects from conception to completion;
* Managing project budgets and resources;
* Resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary;
* Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including project team members, sales teams, and operational personnel;
* Communicating project progress and status to senior management and stakeholders;
* Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of project activities, results, and lessons learned.
