We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process, including business development with new and existing clients, managing your own client database, sourcing and screening top candidates, and providing excellent training and support.

Requirements:
Degree from a recognised third level institution in Ireland preferred
Ideally have one year of experience working in recruitment in Ireland
Self-motivated, organised, and excellent at time management
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Confident cold calling prospective clients
Results-driven, ambitious, and eager to progress
Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
Confident decision-making skills
