Fund Admin/ Depositary Operations Analyst 12 months
Limerick Role/Department: The role within Depositary Operations ensures client fulfilment of oversight/regulatory responsibilities under the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD) & UCITS Directives.
The primary responsibilities lie in Safekeeping of Assets and Asset Verification, including verification of Other Assets and familiarity with various fund structures and documentation required to confirm assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work independently and cooperatively within a team environment
* Review and approve other partner's work
* Ensure reporting requirements for internal and external clients are produced monthly
* Perform and review Asset Verification activities, sourcing documentation to verify ownership of Funds over Other Assets
* Participate/chair quarterly meetings with relevant parties to ensure Depositary Operations meet governance requirements for assigned processes
* Review exposure reporting on Market Oversight - Restricted/Watch Markets for multiple jurisdictions
* Involvement in change management of processes as required
* Review existing processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements
* Participate in ensuring governance procedures within the department are adhered to
* Incorporate new clients and new fund launches into relevant processes
