Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst Operational Technology Cyber Security within the Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) organization.

As a member of the Operational Technology Cybersecurity Engineering team, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Opswat USB protection and Metadefender platform capabilities. You will be responsible for supporting the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Opswat solutions across OT environments, ensuring secure data transfer, device hygiene, and compliance with enterprise security policies. This role involves hands-on engineering, automation, and integration work, with opportunities to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This position will also partner with internal ISRM teams such as the Supply Chain security, Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC), and other groups under the J&J Technology umbrella, including but not limited to End User, Server, and Network support.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the technical SME for Opswat USB protection and Metadefender platform capabilities.
* Engineer and maintain Opswat deployments across OT environments, including device control, scanning workflows, and policy enforcement.
* Develop and maintain automation scripts to support Opswat integration with existing security platforms and infrastructure.
* Configure and optimize USB scanning workflows, quarantine policies, and reporting mechanisms.
* Validate data flows and integration points to ensure accuracy, hygiene, and compliance.
* Conduct structured testing during upgrade cycles and recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to align Opswat capabilities with enterprise security goals.
* Generate compliance and usage reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
* Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer across teams.
* Assist with incident response and troubleshooting related to removable media and file transfer workflows.
* Perform administrative tasks associated with tuning, alerts, correlation rules, signatures, device configurations, patching, and upgrades.
* Establish and maintain relationships with the suppliers, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications
Education:

* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the information security or information technology sector

Required
Experience and Skills

* Hands-on experience with Opswat Metadefender and USB protection solutions, including deployment, configuration, and policy management.
* Strong programming skills in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and integration.
* Strong foundation in information security principles, with proven ability in debugging and root cause analysis in OT environments.
* Familiarity with OT environments and secure data transfer practices.
* Experience integrating Opswat with endpoint protection, SIEM, and asset management platforms.
* Understanding of file sanitization, vulnerability assessment, and device control workflows.
* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize scanning and quarantine processes.
* Proven track record leading complex implementations, demonstrating risk-aware problem solving and balancing security with operational continuity.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal), able to translate technical details into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, OWASP, SANS) and ability to apply them pragmatically in OT contexts.
* Working knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, including OT-specific TTPs, and ability to map telemetry to adversary behaviors.
* Experience collaborating with distributed, global teams, working effectively across diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
