Operating fully onsite in Dublin 1, you will act as a key Business Partner to the General Manager, playing a pivotal role in producing the annual business plan and shaping the financial strategy for three distinct sites with a combined €16m turnover. We are looking for a high-caliber communicator who can move beyond the spreadsheets to provide real-time business insights and strategic property management.The Role & Strategic ImpactYour remit extends far beyond the month-end close. You will be responsible for presenting current and forecasted positions to the Executive team, highlighting future opportunities and identifying business challenges ahead. You will lead a finance team of three, focusing on their personal development while also upskilling departmental managers in financial awareness to drive KPIs. From overseeing the ESG committee’s sustainability strategy to safeguarding assets through robust internal control systems, you will be at the heart of every major commercial decision across the portfolio.The Ideal CandidateOur client is seeking a Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively across a diverse team.Experience: Previous accounting experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or the Retail sector is highly advantageous.Practice Movers: Our client is also very keen to meet Top 20 Practice movers who possess the technical rigor and professional polish required to operate at a Senior Management level.Technical Skills: You must demonstrate strong Internal Control awareness, a deep knowledge of accounting principles, and the tech acumen to turn raw data into valuable business insights.
