We are working with an international US law firm based in Dublin for a lawyer to join their Corporate & Commercial team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a busy corporate & commercial team, advising clients on a broad range of company and contract law matters. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing due diligence, and leading transaction processes.
The role will also involve conducting detailed legal research and preparing reports to support complex transactions and client initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
* 3-5 years' PQE;
* Corporate/Commercial law background;
* Technically excellent;
* Excellent academics;
* Willingness to engage with business development initiatives;
* Willingness to mentor junior members of the team;
* Commercial awareness;
* Strong communication skills;
* Team-oriented.
