Due to continued expansion and growth, they are looking for an experienced HR Generalistto join their dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience.
About the Role: As a trusted HR partner, you'll work closely with managers and employees, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR issues, policies, and procedures.
You'll support the management team across multiple HR functions, from employee relations and coaching to training, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Coach, advise, and support managers and employees on HR-related issues Deliver training sessions and workshops to upskill managers and support employee development Support and guide on policies, procedures, and best practices in line with employment law Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Track employee attendance and manage leave of absence processes Assist with performance management, including hourly employee evaluations Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements Collaborate with the wider HR team to support strategic people initiatives Ideal Candidate: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or a CIPD qualification Minimum of 2 years experience in a generalist HR role Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, solution-focused approach Skills: Human Resource Management HR Employment
