Job Description:
•Support maintenance of critical data parameters for existing mod codes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
•Manage variant data in enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards (material determination).
•Act as a liaison between supply planning, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and engineering teams regarding mod code updates.
•Assess how mod code changes impact inventory levels, production schedules, and supply chain logistics.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, quality, regulatory) to support the introduction of new mod codes.
•Identify opportunities for process optimization related to variant management, reducing errors and enhancing efficiency. Support automation initiatives to streamline variant data workflows.
•Facilitate communication and training around mod code updates and new implementations.
•Generate reports on mod code status, impact analysis, and compliance metrics for leadership review.
•Analyze variant performance data to support decision-making.
•Support contingency planning related to variant changes.
