Key Responsibilities
* Support daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with company and client safety standards.
* Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
* Assist with preparing RAMS, safety documentation, and incident reports.
* Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and the client safety team.
* Promote a positive safety culture on-site and encourage safe working practices.
* Support hazard identification and implement corrective actions when required.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction safety role (civil or structural steel experience an advantage).
* Ability to work independently and hold your own on a fast-paced site.
* Relevant safety qualification (e.g., SafePass, manual handling; additional safety certs a bonus).
* Full driver's licence and willingness to be on-site 5 days per week in South-Dublin.
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with teams on-site.
