What You’ll Do
* Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods following recipes from the Head Pastry Chef.
* Contribute ideas for new dessert and pastry items, ensuring offerings are modern, innovative, and align with the restaurant’s concept.
* Maintain consistency and quality of all pastries and desserts, ensuring high standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
* Follow health and safety regulations, handling food, storing ingredients, and cleaning kitchen equipment and workspaces.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to support seamless kitchen operations.
About You
* Strong pastry and dessert‑making skills, creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry arts.
* Good verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
* Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
