Job Title: Environmental Health & Safety Manager

A high-profile commercial development in Dublin City Centre is seeking a highly experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead the day-to-day implementation of EHS protocols on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Environmental Health and Safety or a related discipline, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, ideally on large-scale construction projects. They will possess strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills, as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the site consistently meets all statutory health, safety, and environmental obligations. This will involve leading EHS inductions, delivering relevant safety training to new hires and contractors, and overseeing the creation and regular review of EHS documentation. They will also conduct regular site inspections and audits, prepare detailed reports, and track corrective actions through to resolution.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the day-to-day implementation of EHS protocols on-site
* Ensuring the site consistently meets all statutory health, safety, and environmental obligations
* Delivering EHS inductions and relevant safety training to new hires and contractors

Requirements:

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with confidence in managing digital safety documentation
