Job Summary
Fund accounting professionals are responsible for providing high-quality financial information to clients. We're looking for a skilled and experienced AVP in Hedge Fund Accounting who can lead our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving daily, weekly, and month-end valuations, managing your team's service standards and deadlines within a dynamic work environment. You will also strive towards resolving complex transactions where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines, and processes.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in hedge fund accounting with at least two years at a supervisory level. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel etc.) is essential as well as advanced knowledge in complex OTC derivatives. Excellent communication and writing skills are also necessary.
