Lead Care Coordinator Role
CPL Healthcare is pleased to announce the recruitment of an experienced and skilled Lead Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people who are separated from their families and seeking asylum.
This position involves working with a well-established client who is expanding their services in residential childcare. The team is committed to providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable individuals, and we are looking for someone to lead this effort.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
2. Leading a dynamic team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care and support services.
3. Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
4. Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and evaluate service effectiveness.
5. Collaborating with external partners to secure positive outcomes for our clients.
Requirements for this role include:
6. A recognized qualification in social care (level 8 or higher).
7. At least five years' experience in residential childcare or managing services to vulnerable populations.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
9. Proficiency in IT systems and applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
10. A full clean driver's license with more than one year of holding it.
