Job Role: Retail Operations Manager
We are seeking an accomplished and driven professional to take on the role of Retail Operations Manager. This key position plays a pivotal part in shaping the customer experience and driving sales.
* Support the Store Leader in the day-to-day management of the store.

* Assist with inventory control, visual merchandising, cash handling, and compliance procedures.
* Contribute to the planning and execution of promotions and seasonal campaigns.
* Step into the Store Leader role when required, ensuring seamless operations.
