Project Manager
10 years experience in rail infrastructure, systems and CIS
Degree educated, commercially aware experienced in project delivery
Assistant PM
5 years experience in rail infrastructure, systems and CIS
Degree educated, commercially aware experienced in project delivery
ESSENTIAL:
A Building, Engineering, Construction or Project Management degree.
Member of Engineers Ireland or other relevant professional body.
Experience in project engineering experience in Railways or relevant regulated engineering environment.
Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Relevant general management and project management experience.
Demonstrable ability to produce and manage budgets and schedules of similar size projects.
DESIRABLE:
Experience in the management of complex, multi-disciplinary projects preferably in a railway environment.
Knowledge of Railway Systems, Customer Information Systems.
Knowledge of railway infrastructure and railway operations.
Demonstrable understanding of good Project Management Procedures
Experience in managing design consultants, contractors
Knowledge of contract management and the Public Works Contracts.
Knowledge of the Construction Regulations.
Experience in the implementation of Safety Management Systems.
