We are looking for a full time Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to be based in Belfast, supporting both the local team for client coverage purposes in addition to contributing more broadly as part of the Northern Ireland & Scotland client service. For this position, we are looking for someone who has prior experience of a similar role within a Wealth Management firm as a Paraplanner or Senior Paraplanner. Accountabilities You will deliver high-quality support to clients and stakeholders by efficiently executing tasks, processing transactions and responding to queries. Your duties include, but are not limited to; account onboarding, processing of trades & payments, cash deposit & loan management, security transfers and valuation reporting. You will collaborate closely with your RM, ARM pod and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and co-ordination, ultimately exceeding client expectations and driving business growth. You will serve as a consistent and reliable point of contact for clients providing exceptional administrative support and fostering strong working relationships that reflect positively on the brand. To achieve this, you will develop a deep understanding of your teams responsibilities, tasks, and areas of expertise, enabling you to deliver outstanding client service and support. Using analytical skills, you will gather and analyse relevant data to effectively resolve client queries and issues, making informed decisions that prioritise their needs.
