Your Responsibilities
* As our founding sales development rep in Dublin, you'll generate pipeline from ideal customer profile accounts by thoughtfully and creatively reaching out to engage target personas.
* Find creative ways to engage prospects and potential buyers that fit our ICP.
* Constantly find ways to automate and improve processes and gain efficiency.
* Research key accounts' initiatives to help develop a 'hypothesis of value.'
* Set meetings for the Sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
* Strategize and execute on multi-touch account-based campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
* Maintain accurate info in Salesforce to help us scale what works!
Is this you?
* 2+ years in a sales development role for a SaaS company.
* Demonstrable success exceeding outbound pipeline generation goals in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
* Genuinely excellent written communication skills - we sell to great writers, so we mean it. Poorly written emails = not a good look.
* A self-starter with an experimental mindset - there's no playbook, so we need your help building it!
* Knowledge of editorial processes is a huge plus: if you edited your high school newspaper or majored in English Literature, please apply!
