Contract Benefits 38.5h/week, Monday/Sunday Salary: 22,249 gross/year Shift: 09:*****:00 rotative 27 days of annual leave 3 weeks of structured training Multicultural, international environment Modern office near Westfield Glories (Barcelona) Hybrid Work Relocation Package Hybrid model Relocation package available ( 1 month of paid accommodation) Key Responsibilities Support travelers and partners via phone and email, following established procedures Provide clear and precise information regarding bookings, payments, and service conditions Manage requests such as modifications, cancellations, and technical inquiries Mediate between guests and accommodation providers in a neutral and solution-oriented manner Document all interactions and ensure compliance with internal guidelines Maintain a professional approach in all communication Requirements Icelandic (C2) and Advanced English Strong written and verbal communication with a structured approach Proficiency in Office 365, CRM tools and internal systems Ability to handle complex cases with calm and consistency Reliability, discipline and adaptability to process updates Previous customer service experience is an advantage Interest in travel and accommodation platforms is beneficial
