Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a M&E Coordinator. This role involves reviewing M&E design information, conducting design gap analysis, and ensuring the timely release of construction activities.
The successful candidate will manage the submission and approval process of all M&E technical equipment and design information, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, client, and company requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience working on-site with a large-scale construction/engineering organization
* Minimum Degree qualification or higher
* A background in M&E
* Previous experience in Residential, Commercial, and/or mixed-use development
* H&S awareness
* Time-served mechanical/electrical background
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work productively and maximize efficiency to meet challenging work goals.
