Clinical Nurse Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations within our nursing home in Wexford.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. They will be responsible for leading, supporting, and mentoring the nursing and care team to ensure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily clinical operations
* Lead and support the nursing and care team
* Ensure compliance with HIQA standards
* Promote a culture of person-centered care
* Manage staff rostering, training, and performance
Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse with NMBI
* Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience
* At least 1 year in a supervisory role
* Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
