Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to join our team as an Installation Operations Manager.
The role involves coordinating the installation process, ensuring timely completion of tasks and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling installations, managing timetables, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and liaising with engineers and clients.
* Plan and schedule installation appointments throughout Dublin and surrounding areas.
* Manage daily installations timetables.
* Ensure SLAs are met within set timeframes.
* Handle high volumes of internal and external communications by phone and email.
* Assign engineers for new installations nationwide.
* Liaise with engineers to ensure they have necessary information and equipment.
* Record and maintain completed installations.
Key Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
* Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
* Attention to detail.
