Job Description
This role offers an opportunity to ensure financial stability and compliance during a transition period. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, and audit processes across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead group-wide financial compliance, reporting, and audit oversight.
* Manage accounts across multiple international entities.
* Oversee intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing policies.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
* Drive ERP improvements focused on financial controls and automation.
* Lead a global finance team, ensuring operational efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
* Strong Group Financial Controller experience in a multi-entity environment.
* Background in software or technology finance preferred.
* Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
* High attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiencies.

Salary is dependent on experience, and we are looking for someone to hit the ground running.
* 40 hours per week (flexible).
* Work between 8am - 6pm (preferably 8am - 5pm).
* 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
