Job Opportunity: Experienced Case Manager My client, a Galway City-based financial services organisation, is seeking to hire an experienced Case Manager with extensive PDH experience.
You will review case strategies and ensure credit recommendations comply with regulatory codes to support borrowers in difficulty.
You will oversee a portfolio of customers across Personal, SME, Corporate, and Property Sectors, working independently and collaboratively within a team to provide appropriate support in managing the portfolio.
This role offers opportunities to gain restructuring experience and enhance skills in people management, credit, regulatory compliance, and relationship management.
It is a permanent position reporting to the Portfolio Manager, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities Managing inbound correspondence Attending project calls and operational meetings for reviews and ad hoc matters Negotiating with borrowers regarding debt settlement arrangements Supporting the wider team as required Engaging with customers to achieve objectives Conducting credit analysis, decision-making, credit submissions, and implementation Proactively managing customers according to exit strategies, including litigation if necessary Updating CRM system to reflect accurate account status Collaborating closely with other members of the Relationship Management team Submitting weekly progress reports with accurate data Key Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial debt management, restructuring, or workout Ability to analyze profit & loss statements and balance sheets Confidence to take responsibility and initiative Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (for presenting financial results) Deep knowledge of CCMA, CPC, SME regulations, and their application in customer interactions Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes What They Offer Flexible working options - Hybrid Working 22 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days plus additional company leave days Company-matched pension Family leave policies Training opportunities, including in-house training and certification support Professional membership fee coverage Cycle to work scheme For more information about this role, please contact us.
