Engineering Leadership Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging leadership position in a dynamic and results-driven environment. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will play a key role in guiding and developing a team of engineers, providing hands-on training and coaching for performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively participate in day-to-day leadership of the business unit, driving engagement activities.
* Coach and mentor the engineering group, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Resource Management: Lead the implementation of Lean tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Quality Issues: Develop and implement processes to improve department performance, identifying and addressing manufacturing process defects.
* Engage with stakeholders to support the delivery of Business Unit KPIs.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably with supervisory experience. A degree in an Engineering or Science discipline, with strong knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements and Health and Safety Regulations legislation. Proven experience practicing Lean tools and a high level of emotional intelligence are essential.
