(Hybrid - 1 day in office - Dublin) The Role: Design, build and test Workday custom applications, ensuring quality and performance from concept through to deployment.
Lead discovery and design workshops, creatively implementing client requirements using Workday Extend, Prism, and integrations.
Help refine development approaches and build team capability.
Produce technical designs that are consistent, maintainable, and efficient.
Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear language for clients.
Bring curiosity and innovation to solve complex business challenges.
The Person: Experience with custom application development platforms.
Strong knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and security/authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, SAML, etc.).
Background in technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Experience in Platform-as-a-Service or custom web application implementations.
