Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM professional to lead our team in implementing and maintaining a robust Building Information Modeling strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive BIM strategy that aligns with industry best practices
* Ensure seamless coordination of projects through effective communication and collaboration
* Design and maintain a standardized BIM element library for efficient model reuse and production
* Facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings and track 3D clashes throughout the project lifecycle
* Provide training and support to staff on BIM tools, documentation, and awareness
Requirements
* Relevant degree in Civil, Structural, or Architecture Engineering
* Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar BIM role
* Proven expertise in implementing ISO 19650 standards is essential
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
