Matrix Recruitment are seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager for our client, a global financial services leader in Dublin City Centre. This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering you the chance to take ownership of complex projects, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with dynamic internal teams at the heart of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex onboarding projects, adhering to all governance requirements.
Foster strong client relationships by understanding business needs and expectations.
Work closely with internal service delivery teams.
Coordinate internal discussions and secure required sign-offs for operating model changes.
Escalate and manage project issues through to resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of registered fund or asset owner administration and service delivery.
Experience in project management or coordination with knowledge of Transfer Agency and/or Fund Accounting.
Experience in at least one Alternative Investment Services function such as Custody/Trustee, Transfer Agency, or Fund Accounting.
Track record of meeting deadlines, strong relationship-building, teamwork, and ability to drive change.
