A rapidly growing SaaS company is building a new Customer Support team in Dublin. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping EMEA customers get the most out of the platform while delivering exceptional service and clear, thoughtful communication.
What You'll Do
1. Build strong product knowledge and support customers via email and live chat
2. Troubleshoot software issues and resolve escalated queries
3. Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical users
4. Provide guidance on marketing, sales, and e‑commerce setup questions
5. Document solutions and contribute to improving support processes
6. Use AI tools to streamline workflows and work more efficiently
What do you bring?
7. Fluency in English and German
8.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally involving SaaS or technical troubleshooting
9.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts
10. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with KPIs
11. A collaborative, proactive, and positive mindset
12. Full authorisation to work in Ireland
Nice to Have
13. Experience with APIs, integrations, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or networking basics
14. Background in MarTech, email deliverability or e‑commerce platforms
15. Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or G‑Suite
