Supermac's currently have opportunities for an experienced Store Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the Supermac's restaurant, providing leadership to their team, dealing with the day to day operations, people management, food quality, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with successfully managing a restaurant.
Applicants will have aminimum of 3 years experience at supervisory level in the catering/hospitality sector, be able to work on a full-time basisand demonstrate the following:
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Strong Customer Service
Strong Knowledge of Food Safety
Commercial Awareness or good business acumen
Strong Team Player
Motivation and motivation of others
Ability to work under pressure
This position will suit an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking with excellent communication and people management skills. You must be able to work on your own initiative, be dynamic, and be proactive.
