Front Office Supervisor
About the Role:
This is a dynamic, front-facing position responsible for supervising the Service's front office activities and staff. The front office team serves as the first point of contact for service users via phone, email, or in person.
The team provides first-line administrative support for the Director, clinical staff, and other teams within the Service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the front office team to ensure efficient administrative systems are in place.
* Provide guidance and support to the team members.
* Ensure seamless communication with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in administration and supervision.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Working Hours and Benefits:
