AI Delivery ManagerPermanent Cork, HybridMy client is looking for an AI Delivery Manager on a full time, permanent basis in Cork.The JobLead the definition and execution of an enterprise-wide AI and Intelligent Automation strategy aligned with business objectives.Own and manage the AI and automation roadmap, identifying and prioritising high-value opportunities across the organisation.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives, from concept through implementation and optimisation.Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track delivery and business impact.Provide guidance to senior stakeholders on AI capabilities, trends, and investment considerations.Ensure all AI and automation activities operate in line with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.Manage budgets, delivery plans, vendor relationships, and resourcing models.Drive adoption of AI and automation solutions through effective change and stakeholder engagement.Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally effective.Build, lead, and develop a specialist AI and automation capability.Have YouSignificant experience in senior IT, digital, or transformation leadership roles.Proven experience delivering AI LLM Applications and/or automation programmes within large or complex organisations.Strong background in technology strategy, roadmap ownership, and business transformation.Solid understanding of AI, automation technologies, and emerging digital trends.Experience operating within governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at senior leadership level.Commercial mindset with the ability to balance innovation, risk, and value delivery.Demonstrated people leadership experience, including team development and capability building.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Media
