Job Overview:
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires an individual with product knowledge in cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the front of the shop, including premium skincare ranges, fragrances, and over-the-counter products
* Ensure effective branch retail turnover, stock management, and profitability
* Deliver high levels of sales, service, and standards for customers and the branch
* Handle cash management duties, adherence to company standards and procedures, sales, and promotions
* Merchandise and market stock, ordering and selling
* Support colleagues as needed and drive community initiatives
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Luxury cosmetic brand sales experience is essential
* Target-driven and sales-focused, willing to work as part of a team
* Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
* Two years of retail management experience required
* Fluency in English, strong organisational and time management skills
* Pro-active and energetic, commercially-aware
* Strong administration skills, professional, and discreet
* Empathy and understanding of our customers and each other
