Working within a highly dynamic and creative business environment, this role involves secretarial, book-keeping and administration functions in support of the Company Directors and Development Team. The role reports in to the Company Co-Founders and includes all the below responsibilities:
Executive Support
· Managing email and company inbox. Replying, taking action, filing and forwarding
where appropriate.
· Managing two busy manager's diarys along with the teams master calendar.
· Prioritise conflicting needs and progress matters expeditiously, proactively and follow
through on projects to successful completion.
· Organising internal and external meetings and conference calls including follow up
with clients including provision of marketing assets or information
Travel
· Organising all aspects of business travel/ trips for the company directors and
personnel, including flights, transfers, accreditations (where required) and diary/travel
plans.
Finances
· Invoice creation, management and payments.
· Complete and submit expense forms, credit card expenses and invoices to deadlines
and track reimbursements, supporting the company accountant with any queries
arising.
· Management of bank account opening and on-line banking.
Administration
· Collation and provision of materials and assets for meetings as required, including
screening links and presentations or decks. Creation of Power Point presentations
as/when required.
· Administrative support to the development and production teams for applications
including Screen Ireland, Northern Ireland Screen and Creaitve Europe.
Assist with research as/when required.
· Electronic and paper filing and document tracking including Company Secretarial filing
to Companies Registration Office. Keeping track of ARDs, etc. Assisting with the
formation of new companies
· General organization to ensure the smooth running of the permanent and remote
offices of all Deadpan personnel (e.g. stationery orders, office equipment, recycling,
supervising office cleaner, keeping office stocked with supplies/groceries).
· Providing support to productions and other projects when required
· Managing Social media. Including websites and IMDB Pro listings.

· Minimum 3 years PA experience, gained at a senior level.
· Ability to deal with a busy, pressurised environment, where priorities can change quickly.
· Must be comfortable working with accounts/numbers and financial reports.
Employment Type:
· Full time office based in Marino, Dublin 3. This role is required on-site everyday.
· 2 year contract.
