Hotel Operations Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced hotel operations manager to oversee the daily functions of a busy four-star hotel in Wexford. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service and operational standards across departments.
* Maintaining quality assurance in hotel services and facilities.
* Developing, implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures.
* Controlling costs and optimizing profit.
* Developing staff members to meet business objectives.
* Promoting sound business practices with a positive management approach.
The ideal candidate has at least five years' experience as a hotel operations manager or similar role. Brand experience is beneficial.

* Excellent numeric, literacy and computer skills (Microsoft Office, hospitality software).
* Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to build good working relationships with departmental managers and staff.
