Role & Responsibilities:
Maintain reliable day-to-day IT services across users, systems, and infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across hardware, software, and networks.
Deploy, configure, and support servers, endpoints, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Administer cloud identity, access control, and authentication services.
Support and optimize collaboration and productivity platforms within a cloud environment.
Manage assets, licensing, backups, patching, and endpoint security.
Support wired and wireless networking, including WAN, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.
Enable secure remote access, VPN connectivity, ticketing workflows, and documentation.
Promote cybersecurity best practices and user awareness across the organisation.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure IT services align with business requirements.
Required Experience & Skills:
3+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems support roles.
Strong experience supporting Windows environments, with exposure to macOS and Linux.
Solid understanding of networking principles and core security concepts.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
Nice to Have:
Experience with automation or scripting (e.g. PowerShell or reporting tools).
Familiarity with modern security approaches such as conditional access or zero-trust models.
Exposure to governance, compliance, or audit-driven environments.
Experience with advanced endpoint protection or security monitoring solutions.
