We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing role and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshooting technical issues related to broadband, Wi-Fi, and telephony services.
3. Collaborating with the network team to resolve network outages and ensure minimal disruption to service.
4. Providing expert advice and assistance to customers regarding their Wi-Fi networks.
5. Maintaining accurate customer records and contact information within our CRM system.
6. Setting up and supporting residential and business customers with telephone services.
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance our overall support processes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. A strong interest in solving complex technical problems.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).

Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
