As a Lean Leader Master Black Belt, you will play a key role in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
The successful candidate will lead high-impact projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with management to achieve measurable business improvements. Key responsibilities include project leadership, process improvement, training & mentoring, data analysis, and reporting & documentation.
Responsibilities
* Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
* Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and identify areas for improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
* Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to teams on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
* Utilize statistical tools and data analysis techniques to quantify problems and monitor performance metrics.
* Develop and present detailed reports on project progress and results.
Requirements
* Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma (LSSBB) is mandatory.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Fluency in English.
