Your new company is a construction company based in North Dublin seeking a part-time Payroll coordinator to join their finance function. This role is fully office-based and has parking onsite.
Your new role
1. Weekly processing of payroll
2. Management of all timesheets, ensuring timesheets are submitted within the specific timeline
3. Handle all payroll-related queries
4. Issue contracts to new starters
5. Manage payroll-related reports
6. Perform administrative tasks including matching invoices
7. Adhoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, to be successful in the Payroll position, you will have 2 years' experience processing Irish Payroll. You will have strong organisational skills. You will have strong time management skills. You will have excellent attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of €38,000 pro rata. You will avail of an attractive benefits package. This role is also fully onsite. Working hours are 9-2pm.
