Job Title: Fundraising Operations Manager

Responsibilities
1. Prepare and issue fee invoices promptly.
2. Regularly follow up with Directors and Associates regarding outstanding invoicing.
3. Liaise with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.
4. Oversee credit control to manage and reduce aged debt.
5. Monitor and manage daily cash flow.
6. Prepare projections for upcoming cash payments.
Requirements
* A strong understanding of invoicing, credit control, and cash flow principles.
* Ability to interpret financial data and prepare projections and reports.
* Capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
* Proactive in prioritising daily cash-flow management and invoicing schedules.
* Able to chase payments diplomatically while maintaining strong client relationships.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Previous experience working within the construction, engineering, or professional services industry.
Benefits
* Salary: £35,000 - £40,000.
