This pivotal,hybrid positionrequires an individual with a distinguished Mechanical Engineeringbackground and a proven track record in the sale of complex HVAC and air quality solutions.
The successful candidate will serve as the principal technical and commercial interface, driving sales growth across the Irish market by leveraging their deep technical expertise to consult with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and key end-users.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting a portfolio of air quality and HVAC products and systems within the designated territory.
Technical Consultation: Provide expert, in-depth technical consultancy to clients, encompassing system design, product specification, application engineering, and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Specification Development: Proactively engage with mechanical consultants to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are correctly specified in new build and refurbishment projects.
Commercial Management: Prepare, present, and negotiate comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, managing the entire sales lifecycle from initial enquiry through to contract closure.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Maintain a detailed awareness of market trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements within the HVAC sector.
Candidate Profile Qualifications: A Bachelor's (Hons) degree or equivalent professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of five years technical sales experience within HVAC Core Competencies: Technical understanding of HVAC systems, air movement, filtration principles, and indoor air quality standards.
Exceptional commercial aptitude coupled with strong negotiation skills and proven contract-closing ability.
First-rate communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Demonstrable ability to operate autonomously and manage a territory effectively.
Mobility: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Dublin area and prepared to undertake regular client travel across Ireland in line with the hybrid working model.
