Project Manager (Construction) A leading main contractor based in Limerick is looking to hire a Project Manager with more than five years of relevant construction management experience to oversee projects in the Limerick and Galway area.
Role & Duties: Manage projects in compliance with company policies, procedures, and Building Regulations, ensuring construction activities are aligned with project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Organise and lead site meetings with the Design Team and Subcontractors to promote clear communication, document key outcomes, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and Health & Safety standards.
Oversee site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of construction quality, and coordinate closely with the Construction Team to deliver timely, accurate information to all stakeholders.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of RIAI Standard Forms of Contract and the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations ****.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project management with Irish / UK Main Contractors.
Degree or Trade Qualified.
Skilled in IT, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
