Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Operative located in Rathnew Co. Wicklow. The Production Operative will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including production planning, overseeing quality control processes, and ensuring effective production. Additional responsibilities may include training team members and maintaining efficient production workflows.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in beverage Production and packaging.
* Proficiency in Quality Control and maintaining product standards
* Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
* Experience in team support and Training of production personnel
* Detail-oriented and able to adhere to safety and quality guidelines
* Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment
* Previous experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production is a plus
