Responsibilities:
* Process all orders via CRM system.
* Communicate with internal and external customers regarding order status.
* Review and maintain open orders daily.
* Investigate and resolve order processing issues reported by customers and working cross-functionally.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
* Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, French is an advantage.
* Proficient in MS Office programs and comfortable with IT systems.
