- ensuring all vehicles are clean, fuelled, and ready for service.Working alongside skilled mechanics, you'll support the maintenance team with a variety of operational and workshop tasks that help maintain the company's high standards for safety, reliability, and presentation.Working Hours & Shift Patterns We offer a flexible and varied working schedule designed to meet operational needs while supporting work-life balance.Most Fleet Operatives work Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 Some locations operate night shifts and weekend rotations One site follows a 4 days on / 3 days off roster with 10-hour shifts Overall, it's a 39-hour working week, though shift patterns vary depending on location and current requirements This flexibility provides a dynamic working environment with opportunities for variety in your schedule.
