About this role: We are seeking a Tendering Project Engineer to join our team in the West of Ireland. As a key member of our Tendering & Design Team, you will play a vital role in preparing and submitting competitive bids for water and wastewater projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our proposals meet technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements while aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of sustainable water solutions and work on innovative projects that make a positive impact on communities and the environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the Tendering Team in managing commercial and technical requirements associated with tender submissions for water, wastewater, and pumping applications in the municipal and industrial markets.
* Review tender documents, interpret specifications, and understand customer needs.
* Develop designs and project build bills of materials to ensure accurate and value-for-money solutions can be provided.
* Develop P&IDs and layout tender drawings where required.
* Review commercial terms and conditions.
* Prepare technical tender submissions and support health and safety and quality documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in PC skills.
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
* Strong engineering analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong commercial understanding of contracting deliverables.
* Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
