Chef de partie – Neylons Facility Management
We are currently looking for full‑time chefs (weekend only) to join our team in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Working pattern: Monday to Sunday shifts from 10:00 to 19:00, with weekend and evening availability mandatory.
Responsibilities
* Food Preparation & Service to a high standard.
* Various styles of cooking, including baking & salad preparation.
* Attend any mandatory training.
* Follow procedures and policies in the workplace.
* Report all complaints to the manager.
* Maintain a safe environment by reporting all accidents and faults.
* Use equipment in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines.
* Show willingness to learn.
Requirements
* Good understanding of the English language.
* Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
* Knowledge of HACCP and ability to implement a HACCP plan.
* Experience in a similar role desirable but not mandatory.
* Flexibility.
