-Lead, train and supervise kitchen staff.
-Delegate tasks to sous chefs, line cooks and other team members.
-Maintain discipline, motivation and teamwork in the kitchen.
-Ensure dishes meet presentation and taste standards.
-Maintain consistency across all plates leaving the kitchen.
-Check freshness and quality of ingredients.
-Manage food stock and ordering.
