Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales and Communications Lead to work closely with company directors and the CEO. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in digital spaces, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in managing campaigns and adapting content for various audiences across digital and traditional channels is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management: Handle incoming leads, manage client relationships, generate leads via campaigns, re-engage old clients, monitor deal statuses, and project sales pipelines.
2. Website Updates: Collaborate with web designers to improve website configuration and content.
3. Campaign & Analytics: Monitor analytics, create monthly performance reports, and optimize campaigns.
4. Marketing Collateral: Develop and update marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring internal and external messaging consistency.
5. Social Media & Content: Develop digital strategies, create engaging content for various channels, update social media feeds weekly, and facilitate webinars.
6. Newsletter: Create and distribute bi-monthly newsletters with input from all departments.
Requirements
1. Minimum five years in digital marketing, communications, or sales, with at least two years in team leadership.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines.
3. Strong networking, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Analytics, Active Campaign, WordPress; CRM experience is advantageous.
5. Passion for sustainability and the construction industry.
