About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies, increase market share, and drive brand growth. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring presence in Naas for 2 days each week.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy: Develop comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and promote growth.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and monitor the competitive landscape.
* Campaign Management: Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
* Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and drive product development initiatives.
* Budget Management: Manage brand budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
* Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Skills
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 7 years in brand management, preferably in FMCG.
* Skills: Strong analytical abilities, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills.
* Proven Track Record: Successful history in developing and executing brand strategies that enhance growth and market share.
